EEUA and State University of Management at EURIE
The annual summit of higher education EURIE 2019 was held in the capital of Turkey, Istanbul, from the 26th of February to the 1th of March. Among the speakers there was the Executive Director of the Eastern European Universities Association, Bogdan Voronovskiy. Together with Valeria Kotelnikova, the head of the international relationships Department of State University of Management, they presented their project "Export vs. Import of Higher Education:the Case of Russia" in the section «Around the world with EURIE:Russia». Also, during the trip Voronovsky B. I. held a series of meetings with the summit participants interested in cooperation with Russia (including a number of universities in Kazakhstan) and talked with foreign friends and colleagues.
This year, as the place for the EURIE summit the organizers chose Istanbul, a city that combines the richest history and the latest trends of progress,. The purpose of this event is to expand opportunities for cooperation between Eurasia and other countries around the world. The summit included an exhibition, which held at the first day, and a conference where participants were able to discuss topical issues related to the integration of higher education.
С 26 февраля по 1 марта в столице Турции, Стамбуле, прошел ежегодный саммит высшего образования EURIE 2019. В число спикеров вошёл исполнительный директор Ассоциации восточно-европейских университетов Богдан Вороновский. Совместно с Валерией Котельниковой, начальником отдела международных отношений Государственного университета управления, они выступили в секции «Around the world with EURIE:Russia» со своим докладом «Export vs. Import of Higher Education:The Case of Russia». Также в ходе поездки Вороновский Б.И. провел серию встреч с участниками саммита, заинтересованными в сотрудничестве с Россией (в том числе ряд университетов Казахстана), а также пообщался с иностранными друзьями и коллегами.
В этом году организаторы избрали местом для проведения саммита EURIE Стамбул, город, сочетающий богатейшую историю и последние веяния прогресса. Целью этого мероприятия является расширение возможностей сотрудничества между Евразией и другими странами по всему миру. Саммит включил в себя выставку, проходившую в первый день, и конференцию, где участники смогли обсудить решение актуальных вопросов, связанных с интеграцией высшего образования.
